Sarge watches Lincoln Farms’ pair stretch their legs at Royal Randwick
Lincoln Sky and Lincoln’s Command have arrived safely in Sydney and had some quiet exercise this morning under the watchful eye of new trainer John Sargent.
The two promising stayers, raced by Lincoln Farms’ owners John and Lynne Street, flew in overnight from Auckland and looked bright when shown Royal Randwick for the first time.
The pair are in Sydney to target the rich prizemoney and escape New Zealand’s winter bog tracks.

Race 7: Platinum Attack

“It’s very doubtful that he’ll he running but I have left him in just in case we don’t get the 30mm of rain in the original forecast. If this rain comes in, combined with the wide 19 draw, we will definitely not be running. I will make my final decision at 7:30am on Saturday morning and I can call on Jonathan Riddell if need be.”
